Why is it called Hatdog Universe? 🌭🚀
The term “Hatdog” became a popular Gen Z expression often used as a funny response when you're caught off guard, confused, embarrassed, or when things don't go according to plan.
For me, it had a deeper meaning.
When I first started trading, my account got “sunog” more times than I'd like to admit. Whenever people asked me, “Kamusta trading mo?” my usual response was simply:
“Ha? Hatdog.” 😂
It became my way of describing those beginner struggles, mistakes, and moments when the market humbled me.
As time went on, I realized that almost every trader—whether beginner or experienced—goes through their own “Hatdog phase.” It's that stage where you're confused, making mistakes, learning lessons the hard way, and trying to figure everything out.
That's why I created Hatdog Universe.
It's a community built around the idea that every successful trader started somewhere, and most of us have been through the same struggles. Here, we teach the lessons, strategies, and mindset that we wish someone had taught us when we were still in our own “Hatdog” state.
Because every great trader has a Hatdog story. The goal is to learn from it, grow from it, and eventually help others do the same. 🚀📈
Behind Hatdog Universe
Hatdog Universe was founded by Coach CA, a trader, mentor, and educator known for his straightforward, systematic, and results-driven approach to the markets.
Through years of studying and navigating the financial markets, CA developed a unique trading framework that combines core market structure principles with advanced ICT concepts. His methodology focuses on clarity, discipline, and repeatable execution—helping traders remove the guesswork and build confidence in their decision-making.
Beyond trading, CA's true passion lies in education. Having experienced the challenges, frustrations, and costly mistakes that many beginners face, he dedicated himself to teaching traders the lessons he wished he had learned earlier. Through the community's Masterclass and Bootcamp programs, he has helped aspiring traders develop the skills, mindset, and discipline required for long-term consistency.
In recent years, CA has successfully expanded the application of his strategy beyond the CFD markets and into Futures trading, further validating the versatility and effectiveness of his methodology.
